Seyfarth's Wells Fargo Filing 'Incomprehensible,' Judge Says
Law360, Los Angeles (May 10, 2016, 6:18 PM ET) -- A California federal judge Tuesday told Seyfarth Shaw LLP attorneys representing Wells Fargo & Co. in a putative class action over unpaid employee breaks that their opposition motion to a class certification bid is “incomprehensible,” saying an absence of tabs makes the document “not usable.”
U.S. District Judge Phyllis J. Hamilton’s administrative order informed Wells Fargo’s counsel that exhibits attached at the end of their May 6 opposition filing contain no description.
